Urban Lyric ships to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET are processed from the next business day.

Transit time

After processing, transit takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total delivery time

Most orders arrive within 8–14 business days (Monday to Friday) of being placed. These are estimates; carrier delays and severe weather can occasionally add time.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on all US orders.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Failed delivery

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange delivery again. A reshipping fee may apply in that case.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@urbanlyric.com and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
