Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items, subject to the terms below.

For items that do not have a specific size chart available, we're unable to guarantee fit at the time of purchase. If the item doesn't fit, we're happy to offer a one-time exchange for a different size within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

Customers must send returns to our warehouse overseas and will bear the cost of shipping and customs clearance.

All returns/exchanges must first be approved by contacting (TBD). Requests submitted via phone number, social media, or other channels will not be processed. Please allow 1–2 business days for a response.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items showing any sign of wear, including but not limited to fabric creasing from trying the item on, will be classified as used and are not eligible.

Refunds to original payment method are only available at our discretion for items damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, which must be documented via unedited video and/or photo.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
